He graduated from Nacogdoches High School, attended Stephen F. Austin State University, then graduated from Commonwealth School of Mortuary Science in 1971 where he served as a class officer. Lynn is a member of Milam Masonic Lodge #2 in Nacogdoches where he served as treasurer for a number of years; past president of Nacogdoches Shrine Association; a member of the York Right; a 32nd Degree Scottish Right, and a long-time member of Nacogdoches Rotary Club. Lynn and his wife are members of Harmony Baptist Church in Nacogdoches County; they have two grown children and a three grandchildren. |
